Company Application & Funding Process

We’ll review initial application and the begin screening process.

If your company meets our criteria, we will schedule a brief call for you to pitch your company.

After the initial screening and pitch, the Investment Committee will decide if they want to pursue due diligence with our Analysts and Investment Committee.

Our Analyst Team and Investment Committee will facilitate due diligence and any necessary term sheet negotiations.

When Beyond Capital Funds leads a company’s funding round, Beyond will charge an additional fee of $10,000 to cover due diligence and attorney fees associated with being the leader of the round.
